Averbis GmbH is a leading text mining and machine learning company in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Role within AIDAVA
Averbis' main tasks in the project are related to developing a text mining pipeline to extract clinical patient information related to breast cancer and cardiovascular disease in German, Dutch and Estonian clinical documents. The extracted, standardized information will be made available for AIDAVA by enriching it with domain knowledge using knowledge graph technology.
